Description: The Lobby Captain is a special position created specifically for our Downtown Seattle McDonald?s restaurants. This person represents and epitomizes brand McDonald?s The Lobby Captain assures that each guest experiences the McDonald?s promise of a friendly and safe restaurant each time they visit McDonald?s. The Lobby Captain is our hospitality ambassador at our downtown restaurants. Hospitality: The primary responsibility of the Lobby Captain is to manage the dining room and insure the safety of our guests.
