Shift Management
Hours: Varied
Pay: 8.35 and up
Description: Responsible for store operatioons during their shift. They are also responsible for security, food safety, personnel, training and all employment policies that go along with operations. The shift manager must have the ability to demonstrate positive leadership and motivational skills. They must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude at all times, and the ability to make shift decisions without direct supervision. This person must be available minimum 28 hours per week and able to open or close the restaurant at least 2 days per week.
Benefits: Managers schedule made a month in advance, eligible for a simple IRA after one year of service, medical and dental insurance, free meals, paid two week vacation upon a year of service.
