Training wage of $8.10 per hour. During your first few weeks with us, you'll receive training and have the opportunity to practice at several different work stations. But beyond proper food preparation you'll learn what it takes to become successful in any field.

Starting wage of $8.35 per hour. To become qualified as a full member of our SuperCrew, you will be expected to perform all stations to McDonald's highest standards. As you continue to to gain valuable experience and confidence in your abilities, you'll learn leadership and management skills that will last a lifetime.

At McDonald's it always pays to do your best! Formal Wage Reviews occur twice a year. Pay increases are based on Monthly Performance Reviews. Your Manager may award special merit increases at any time to reward consistent exemplary performance.

Given sufficient notice, your work schedule will be set up to fit in with your other activities whenever possible. Now that many of our restaurants are open 24 hours, there is a greater variety of shifts that may meet your needs.

More than a thousand men and women who own and operate McDonald's restaurants today and many of McDonald's top Corporate leaders started as crew. So why not make the most of your time with us? Once an excellent record of work performance has been established, opportunities for advancement to Shift Manager or Career Assistant/Manager will be availible.

Shift Managers may earn up to $15.00 per hour for impressive performance. Shift Managers may be eligible for Annual Awards up to $1,000, an Enhanced Free Meal Policy, Profit-Sharing Plan, up to Two-Weeks Paid Vacation and $1,000 Tuition Reimbursement per year. Career Managers receive High Starting Wages and may be eligible for Annual Recognition Awards up to $2,500, Annual Performance Awards up to $4,000 for Managers, Profit Sharing Plan, Up to Four-Weeks Paid Vacation, Paid Health/Dental Insurance, Paid Life Insurance, Paid Sick/Personal Time, Family Meal Policy and $1,000 Tuition Reimbursement per year. Impressive performing Assistant Managers may earn up to $45,000 in salary, while Impressive performing Restaurant Managers may earn up to $60,000 annually.
