McDonald’s of the Tri Cities and outlying Markets is a family business, which is locally owned and operated. We started with only one restaurant in 1973; the company has grown to its current number of 16 with more growth anticipated in the coming years.The “McFamily” as we refer to all our team members is over 1000 strong. We are a Principle based company with High Values and Integrity driving our business decisions. Being considered a “Hamburger Business” by many, we consider this a People Business. People are our strongest asset and our goal is simple, we want to attract and retain the best of the best in the Quick Service Industry. We are proud of the fact that Individuals with Twenty plus years of McDonald’s experience hold many of our top leadership positions. Our people know we dominate and lead the way in food service. We know our competitors attempt to copy or mimic our marketing and other operating strategies. This company will not settle for being #2, and will continue to lead the field by empowering our people to make great decisions and give them the tools and resources needed to get the job done.
